Happy Advent to all! May God bless you richly in this time of waiting for the coming of our saviour. In addition to Jesus, I'm waiting for Joe III's coming home for the holidays. It will be good to see him and to hear all about his classes. I love looking at his portfolios - his work is always so good! I can hardly believe I have such talented children. Katherine made an awsome collage for Grace's birthday present - embroidery and beading and fabric marbling in gorgeous colors of red and black and gold. Can't wait to see what Grace does with her new sewing machine - it's sure to be fabulous!

Right now I'm feeling kind of overwhelmed. Joe's room needs to be tidied up before he gets home and I hope to get Grace's room painted before Christmas if I can get some help on the pre-painting stuff. Pray that I would be diligent and not let my emotions de-rail me.

Pray, too, that Thursday would go well. I'm juggling Joe's incoming flight, a counselor's appointment for me, a dentist's appointment for the girls, Katherine's band concert, the final rehearsal for the MPC choir's Christmas program, and taking Grace to a birthday party for one of her friends. And somewhere in the midst of all that dinner needs to be fixed and laundry needs to be done. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out!
